COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS.
As per the NYS Office-Based Guidelines and the NY Forward Business Reopening Guidelines, Full English Post are taking this big step for the New York community very seriously. We have outlined our reopening plan and business precautions below and are continually monitoring the New York state and city guidelines and practices in order to continue safely reopening the doors to our Brooklyn facility. We hope that these protocols assure any guests that must attend sessions that we are doing everything possible to create a safe and worry-free work environment. Please note that our staff is fully-vaccinated. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us: hello@fullenglish.co

THE BUILDING.
The building where Full English Post is located at 55 Washington Street, Brooklyn is owned by Two Trees who are taking the following steps to ensure tenants and guests safety:
Facial Coverings: Face coverings will now be optional in all building common areas for vaccinated persons, including building lobbies, elevators, bike rooms, and elevators.
Unvaccinated people should continue to wear face coverings for their own personal health and safety.
Those that prefer to continue wearing a face covering may do so and we certainly expect several vaccinated tenants and building staff members to continue wearing masks as an added precautionary measure. You should therefore not assume that those wearing a mask in our building (including our building staff) are unvaccinated.
This policy should be communicated directly to your guests, customers, and vendors. If you know them to be unvaccinated, they should be wearing a face-covering when entering and exiting the building and in building common areas.
Capacity Limits/Social Distancing: Various COVID-related capacity limits and social distancing requirements in common areas such as the elevator are no longer in effect.
Even without a reduced capacity limit in place, we still ask residents to be respectful and avoid any overcrowding of the elevators.
Temperature checks and/or health screenings will no longer be required before entering the building.
Health and Safety Best Practices: We continue to ask tenants to follow best practices when it comes to general health and safety protocols.
Thorough cleaning and sanitizing protocols will remain in effect throughout the building common areas.
We continue to ask residents to follow good hygiene habits including the use of hand sanitizer and minimizing time in building common areas when exhibiting any symptoms of illnesses that would be contagious. Hand sanitizing stations will remain throughout the building..
THE Facility.
Within the Full English Post premises we are taking the following steps to ensure employees and guests safety:
Physical Distancing.
We highly recommend that our clients and guests work remotely and dial into the session if it needs to be ‘attended’ in real-time. Talk to us about our remote capabilities.
Attended sessions will be scheduled to allow for a one guest in, one guest out policy to ensure there is no crossover between personnel.
We will ensure a 6 ft. distance between personnel, unless safety or core function of the work activity requires a shorter distance. Any time personnel are less than 6 ft. apart from one another, personnel will wear acceptable face coverings.
Tightly confined spaces such as the voice over recording booths will be occupied by only one individual at a time, unless all occupants are wearing face coverings.
Social distancing markers that denote 6 ft. of spacing in commonly used and other applicable areas will be posted on site.
We will limit in-person gatherings as much as possible and any essential in-person gatherings/meetings will be held in our most open, well-ventilated spaces with appropriate social distancing among participants.
A designated area for deliveries will be allocated, limiting contact to the extent possible.
We have two resident engineers, one is currently working on site, the other working remotely. Should there need to be both engineers present in the studio, they will be strictly in separate rooms for the duration of the time at the facility.
Where possible, we will adjust workplace hours and stagger sessions as necessary to reduce density in the workplace.
Producers, directors, and guests that must physically attend a session where being in the control room with an engineer is necessary, must wear a mask at all times. You will be in the same room as only one engineer, sitting approximately 6 feet in front of them facing away. The attending engineer will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the session also.
Protective Equipment.
Full English Post will provide employees with an acceptable face covering at no-cost to the employee and have an adequate supply of coverings in case of replacement. Clients and guests may request face masks if needed but we recommend they bring their own PPE if attending a session.
Face coverings will be cleaned or replaced after use or when damaged or soiled, they will not be shared, and will be properly stored or discarded.
An adequate PPE supply will be stored on the premises at all times.
Lined waste disposal containers will be provided in common areas.
We will limit the sharing of objects between staff and guests and discourage touching of shared surfaces; or, when in contact with shared objects or frequently touched areas, wear gloves (trade-appropriate or medical); or, sanitize or wash hands before and after contact.
Hygiene and Cleaning.
We will adhere to hygiene and sanitation requirements from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Health (DOH) and maintain cleaning logs on site that document date, time, and scope of cleaning.
We will conduct regular cleaning and disinfection at least once a day, or more frequently as needed, and frequent cleaning and disinfection of shared objects and surfaces, as well as high transit areas and common areas.
An iPad on reception will be set up to alert the relevant engineer that you are waiting in the reception area. The iPad will be sanitized before and after each guest enters the premises. If you are uncomfortable touching the iPad then please call the studio and alert them of your presence.
We will provide and maintain a hand hygiene station in the reception area for staff and guests, including handwashing with soap, water, and paper towels, plus an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing 60% or more alcohol will be placed in all rooms.
While we advise voice over sessions to be done remotely where possible, if a talent needs to come into the studio we will thoroughly disinfect headphones, microphones, pop shields, tablets, script stands and all surfaces before and after each recording session.
The shared candy bowls will be temporarily removed.
There will be disposable cups and cutlery available for use for beverages.
Communication.
Signage will be posted throughout the facility to remind personnel to adhere to proper hygiene, social distancing rules, appropriate use of PPE, and cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
We will provide updated information for all employees, visitors, and customers where possible.
A continuous log of every person, including workers and visitors will be maintained, who may have close contact with other individuals at the work site or area; excluding deliveries that are performed with appropriate PPE or through contactless means; excluding customers, who may be encouraged to provide contact information to be logged but are not mandated to do so.
If a staff member tests positive for COVID-19, Full English Post will immediately notify state and local health departments and cooperate with contact tracing efforts, including notification of potential contacts, such as workers or visitors who had close contact with the individual, while maintaining confidentiality required by state and federal law and regulations.
Screening.
We will implement a mandatory health screening assessment in the form of a questionnaire and temperature check before employees begin work each day and for essential visitors, asking about (1) COVID-19 symptoms in past 14 days, (2) positive COVID-19 test in past 14 days, and/or (3) close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days. Assessment responses will be reviewed and documented every day.
We will be in touch before your scheduled session to ask a few screening questions and we kindly ask that if guests feel ill or are concerned they might have been exposed in any way, they please cancel / reschedule and we will waive any cancellation fees. Upon arrival of your session, you may be asked these questions again.
