SESSION BOOKING POLICY.

PENCILS/HOLDS.

  • The Client may pencil or hold any amount of studio time, within reason, upon approval from Full English Post (the Vendor) at no charge. The pencil or hold may be removed/released from the schedule by the Client at no charge by informing Full English Post no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled studio time.

  • In order to guarantee studio time the Client must first confirm (see Confirming Sessions below) the studio time with Full English Post 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled studio time.

CONFIRMING SESSIONS.

  • The Client must confirm studio time 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled studio time by informing Full English Post in order to proceed with a studio session. A pencil or hold is not confirmation of studio time. By confirming studio time prior to the session, the Client agrees to pay for the entire fee for the time booked, even if the session is completed in less time than was originally confirmed.

  • If a session needs to be extended during the current session, Full English Post must be informed and the extension will be subject to studio availability and may incur overtime charges (see overtime charges below).

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING SESSIONS.

  • Once studio time has been officially confirmed with Full English Post, if that studio time needs to be cancelled, a cancellation fee will be incurred by the Client.

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more prior to the confirmed studio time will incur a fee of 75% of the original confirmed studio time.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed studio time will incur a fee of 100% of the original confirmed studio time.

  • Rescheduling or moving studio time is considered a session that was officially confirmed and is then moved to a later date and/or time after the confirmation was made.

  • Rescheduling studio time 24 hours or more prior to the confirmed studio time will incur a fee of 75% of the original confirmed studio time.

  • Rescheduling studio time less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed studio time will incur a fee of 100% of the original confirmed studio time.

OVERTIME CHARGES.

  • Overtimes charges will be incurred by the Client if a session is booked outside of the normal opening hours or runs over the normal opening hours of Full English Post.

  • Typical opening hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST. excluding national holidays.

  • Sessions booked outside the above hours or sessions that run over the above hours will incur an overtime hourly rate of 1.5x the full quoted hourly rate.
